Fred Pieplow is a CPA with over 35 years experience in small business management who started consulting firm Manna Management in 2004 to assist organizations in setting and reaching their goals. Pieplow coaches senior managers to make great decisions, become ‘thought leaders’ in their organizations, and build and implement strategic plans. With practical knowledge of and key relationships with financial, legal, and technical partners, Pieplow offers comprehensive solutions that result in maximum results. In joining Tfactor, Pieplow brings expertise in key areas including Operations and Quality Management, Finance, and HR and Union Relations, and ‘Green’ Process Improvement.
